RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the product, with no need to justify the reason.

How to return a product:

  2. We'll confirm the return address and next steps.
  3. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  4. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover them.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and verify the returned product, we'll process your refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Defective products:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
